Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before registering or booking Our Service.

1. For the purpose of these terms and conditions “We”, “Us” and “Our” means Camp for The Work of Byron Katie. “You”, or “Your” refers to You, the customer and participant of the camp. Our Service is any event hosted by Camp for The Work. 

2. By using this website, events frame, and by clicking “REGISTER NOW” and paying, You are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

3. You hereby warrant that all information submitted by You to Us is accurate and current. We reserve the right to verify the eligibility of the participant.

4. You agree that the information supplied by You to Us may be used by Camp for The Work of Byron Katie or our staff members for the following purposes which shall include but are not limited to: sending messages, evaluations, testimonials, and/or surveys to improve our services.

5. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on www.campforthework.com and we will inform the changes via emails.

6. Payment: The camp fee must be submitted before the first day of the event.

7. Registration:  We will ask You to sign on our media release and the risk waiver upon arrival at the camp and your registration will be complete upon receipt of both forms.

8. Cancellations: There is a non-refundable registration fee of $50.  All cancellations must be submitted in writing by email to campfortheworkofbyronkatie@gmail.com.  If your cancellation is received 10 days or less before the event, there is no refund and you will receive a 20% discount valid for 12 months,  for the next year’s camp.  This is subject to the camp happening.  If there is no event or camp in the next 12 months you will not be able to apply the discount.     If canceling is more than 10 days before the event starts you will receive your camp fee back less the $50 administration fee.

9. If the event needs to be canceled by your Camp for The Work Event Hosts for any reason ( for example a natural disaster, public health event, or other event beyond their control) you will receive a full refund. 

10. Private sessions outside of the camp: If You wish to have a session(s) with one of our staff members/ hosts after the camp, Camp for The Work of Byron Katie is not in any way responsible for your sessions with that individual.

11. Confidential Material: What You share during the camp is strictly confidential. We will not disclose any of your personal information to anyone.

12. Testimonials: If We would like to use your testimonials, We will get your permission before posting it to social media and/or to our website (www.campforthework.com). We may also use your testimonials for our newsletters.

13. Camp for The Work of Byron Katie is not affiliation of Byron Katie International, Inc. We make no representations about BKI. Four questions, the Turnarounds, and The Work that are mentioned in our website and at our events are based on The Work of Byron Katie. Byron Katie International, Inc.
