Join us in for our 7th annual Camp For The Work to come together to question your stressful thoughts with The Work of Byron Katie to find your inner peace.
We are excited to have a brand new venue this year in Beacon Rock State Park group campsite.
The Camp for The Work of Byron Katie in the Pacific Northwest started out as an idea among a group of facilitators of The Work in 2015, they wanted to create an experience of The Work that was relaxed, affordable and casual. They chose beautiful natural surroundings, and a warm easy experience in a rustic outdoor setting ideal for camping and self-catering. Delighted by the moving experiences of the first camp this group has provided similar experiences every year since. For Institute For The Work participants there will be credit hours available.
New to The Work? The Work of Byron Katie developed in 1987 by a Californian woman called Byron Katie following her own experience of awakening to the truth and reality of life. She has been sharing this process of inquiry called The Work ever since. The Work consists of 4 simple questions and turn aournds. It is a way to question, reframe and transform any stressful thoughts, resentments, lack of forgiveness, worry or fear that you may be ready to let go of.

Whether you are a complete beginner or a seasoned member of The Work community you are very welcome to join as we come together and share our practice and our truths with each other.
All your hosts have been practicing The Work for many years, some of them are Certified Facilitators, every one of them uses The Work on a regular basis in their own life to find freedom from stress and a path to peace. They welcome to you join them for this very special weekend event.

Fri, Sat and Sun morning session 9.30 – 12.30 (Sunday finish at 1pm)
Fri and Sat afternoon session 2.30 – 5.30pm

8.30am 30min forest yoga session with Kathy – bring your mat.
We encourage you to think of the weekend as a retreat experience. Free yourself from any other responsibilites. It is camping, make sure you will be comfortable as we are in shoulder season it could be chilly or raining. You may wish to bring prepared meals in advance. There will be power in one of the huts, with a microwave and kettle for hot drinks.
Immerse yourself in your own inner nature to get the most out of this special weekend.
